The brief was to redesign the Big and Small Gym within the campus of the Winners Chapel International Dartford church, which we redesigned and transformed to the Youth and Teens church. We successfully obtained Planning permission for the proposal from Dartford Borough council..

This is a 3D illustration of one of our residential projects at 5 Haimo Road. The illustration was designed with a cross-gabled roof for visual dynamism and to add more interior space. The fence is of low height and has several openings for vehicles to come in, as the house is designed for more than one family or resident.

This was a refurbishment of an old Methodist church which was abandoned for some years. We were given the brief to redesign the building to meet the modern needs of Winners Chapel International. We created a new Auditorium for worship as well as offices and other ancillary facilities and landscape design.

The building at 2 Balkerne Hill Colchester was a Chinese Buffet Restaurant which went bust. PPDML was engaged to obtain Planning permission for a conversion to a Place of public religious worship F(1)f. We successfully obtained planning with the support of the neighbours and successfully managed the delivery of the project in two phases

The brief was to design and obtain Planning permission for a double storey side extension. and client later converted to 4 separate apartments.

Unlike other 3D illustrations, this is a 3D illustration of a proposed residential block of flats for a repeat client, which is presently under construction and consists of a private residence for the landlord in front with a pool and a a block of 4 flats at the rear.

We had to redesign an abandoned and dilapidated commercial building into use for the local community on behalf os our repeat client. The goal was to have a building that will bring the local community back into it and this is one of our commercial redesign projects.

Our client purchased this property as a holiday home for his children while they are in the UK. We were commissioned to redesign the building to accommodate a large rear extension and loft conversion, which was a transformation from a 3 bedroom and one living room house to a 5 bedrooms, all ensuite and 3 family lounges as well as landscaping.
