The brief was to design and obtain Planning permission for a double storey side extension. and client later converted to 4 separate apartments.
There is a two-step staircase you could call a mini-perron leading up to the front door for safe entrance. We never leave out the chimney for toxic gas exhaust, as seen in the building. The exterior matches the environment as necessary for the general outlook of the house.
