The existing structure is a two-story building with bay and awning window structures. We extended the ground floor to contain a bathroom, a bedroom, a family room, and an extended games room. The games room and bathroom areas have a gable roof, while the guest bedroom and family room have a flat roof. The house has a backyard with a horizontal wooden fence. The existing building already has a pantry, kitchen, and dining area. It also already has a stairway leading up to the first floor, as the extension is a single-story extension.
