Unlike other 3D illustrations, this is a 3D illustration of a proposed residential block of flats for a repeat client, which is presently under construction and consists of a private residence for the landlord in front with a pool and a a block of 4 flats at the rear.. The buildings were designed as a retirement and investment property and has a simple hipped roof with a ground and first floor. This roof type is easy to maintain.
There is a pool by the side of the smaller building, and the gate is built adjacent to the space in between the buildings. This is designed this way for easy movement of vehicles in and out of the compound. The floor of the interior is designed with hardwood, with a chandelier hanging above. The house has awning windows for proper ventilation and blinds for proper ventilation and to bring in natural light.
