The proposal was for a high-net-worth client to complete the exterior and interior design of the building. The entrance porch columns with lights were one of the highlights for the client, as well as the large family lounge and five bedrooms on the first floor and the mezzanine floor within the master bedroom, which we converted into the master’s study.
The house is a two-story building with dormer windows and a gable roof. The house has a recessed entrance door to protect it from the direct sun and strong winds. We added two outdoor wall lights on each pillar at the entrance porch for aesthetics and functionality. The house has an outdoor garden.
