We had to redesign an abandoned and dilapidated commercial building into use for the local community on behalf os our repeat client. The goal was to have a building that will bring the local community back into it.
The first floor consists primarily of the retail shop, where people walk in to do their shopping. There is a stairway leading up to the retail shop from the ground floor for easy access. The roof was also designed and built with a chimney for the escape of hot, toxic exhaust gases. The 3D view of the project shows the outlook of the supermarket from different angles. This also helped us make constant changes as required to suit the client’s preferences. It also helps with better visualization of the finished building.
