Project Description

The proposal was to secure planning for the redesign and introduction of a first flor side extension in other to add 2 new bedrooms on the first floor.

Deliverable

The building is a two-story bungalow with an apartment extended on each side. The building has a chimney above it for toxic gas exhaust. Two doors leading to different apartments are at the back, and a fence is in between to sectionalize the apartments. There is also a door by the side of the building that serves as a second door to one of the apartments at the back of the building.
