Project Description
The building at 2 Balkerne Hill Colchester was a Chinese Buffet Restaurant which went bust. PPDML was engaged to obtain Planning permission for a conversion to a Place of public religious worship F(1)f. We successfully obtained planning with the support of the neighbours and successfully managed the delivery of the project in two phases.
Deliverable
There was a change of use from A3 Restaurant to F1(F) Non-residential Institution (place of public worship or religious instruction). We also carried out project management for the chapel in Colchester. Our professionals worked with the client from the start to the end of the project.
